Webcam Chat formatting issue

I want to thank the people that notified me about the formatting problem in the webcam chat. It looks like it is confined only to IE8...go figure.

I made some modifications that should correct the problem but I can't test it right now. Please check to see if it now works correctly and let me know.

Still giving me problems i think it might be the format on my laptop how do i fix it?
