Is it still safe to use this transmitter for fpv hear FatShark 250mW V3 5.8GHz Video Transmitter With NexwaveRF?I some times bring rc aircraft were I go sometimes.And I do not plan on going very long distance with a FPV multirotor or a aircraft.

The first question to ask is do you hold the proper FCC license required to operate on this band legally in the USA?

To get the license it's a 20 question test and about $15.00

Tests are proctored at least once a month with the local Ham Radio clubs.
