Good links Grant. I really messed myself up a while back by neglecting to calibrate a throttle. It was doing weird stuff and it took a bit of exploring to figure out why.

In my opinion, I would recalibrate the throttle every time you upgrade the firmware for Castle ESC's. They seem to be changing it with each firmware update.
